As a specialist in divorce real estate, my goal is to help divorcing spouses make an informed decision regarding their real estate. My partner Jeanne Boniello and I have both received our designation of RCS-D (Real Estate Collaboration Specialist Divorce). We work together alongside other professionals that specialize in divorce to help gather house documents, collect information and schedule consultations. Our team works in the best interest of the house by helping divorcing spouses to not only make good decisions, but to protect their credit scores and preserve homeownership eligibility.

As Realtors, we are able to assist with any of your real estate needs. We can provide you with a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) to help give you an idea of what your home would sell for in the current market. We are able to assist with the sale and/or purchase of property. We are here to answer any real estate questions. We know that this is a stressful time for both parties and our aim is to make the real estate transaction as stress free as possible.
